Police recovered the body of a woman from the River Lagan in Belfast near Annadale Embankment.

The body belongs to Shahida Rafaqat, a 57-year-old reported missing since March 14.

She was last seen in Belfast's Holylands area around 9pm that day.

Police notified her family before formal identification took place.

Investigations into the circumstances continue.
