Fermanagh and Omagh House Prices Rise 24.3% Over Decade
Average house prices in Fermanagh and Omagh rose 24.3% between the first quarter of 2015 and the fourth quarter of 2025. The figures come from the Northern Ireland House Price Index published by the Department of Finance and NISRA.
In the first quarter of 2015, the average price stood at £156,800. By the fourth quarter of 2025, it reached £194,970.
Detached homes sold for higher prices than semi-detached or terraced houses. Apartments and smaller properties sold below the district average.
Prices in market towns like Omagh and Enniskillen sat slightly above the district average.
The district's housing market followed the Northern Ireland trend, which saw a 20.6% increase over the same period.
