Londonderry Crown Court issued a confiscation order of £47,285.37 against Lorraine Mullen, 49, of Duncreggan Road.

Mullen claimed £45,635 in Universal Credit without declaring capital assets.

The Department for Communities secured the order after Mullen's conviction for benefit fraud.

She received 140 hours of community service as her sentence.

Department investigators uncovered the fraud.
