More than 600 entrepreneurs and investors attended InterTradeIreland's Venture Capital Conference in Belfast. The event offered networking for early-stage and start-up businesses with the venture capital community.

Dr Caoimhe Archibald, Minister for the Economy, opened the conference. She noted its most ambitious programme, with three parallel stages on investment trends, scaling advice, and life and health sciences. She described the programme as reflecting the growing scale and maturity of the all-island venture ecosystem.

Margaret Hearty, Chief Executive of InterTradeIreland, addressed attendees. Michael Black, an angel investor, also spoke at the event.

The conference marked its 25th year. InterTradeIreland supports businesses across the island to become investor-ready and access funding. The event connects founders and investors to share insights and aid high-potential business growth.
