Enniskillen Royal Grammar School Presents Footsteps Production During Site Move
Enniskillen Royal Grammar School students have presented a senior drama production named Footsteps. The event took place while the school shifts temporarily from its Portora Hill location.
The production incorporated drama, music, moving image and visual art. It featured three Samuel Beckett plays: Quad, Play and Catastrophe.
An exhibition of stage designs by Jocelyn Herbert accompanied the performances. Herbert contributed to several of Beckett's London productions.
Organisers aimed for the event to acknowledge the school's past cultural traditions. It also highlighted contributions from current students to school arts activities.
The production served as part of the school's broader relocation process from Portora Hill.
