Josie Tierney died on February 23 at South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen. She had lived in Roslea after time in Tattenbar.

Tierney worked for many years at O’Donnell’s corner shop in Roslea. She participated in local events and assisted residents in the area.

Her Requiem Mass occurred on February 25 at St Joseph’s Church in Coonian. Burial followed at St Tierney’s Cemetery in Roslea.

Tierney is survived by son Kieran, daughter Fiona, grandchildren and siblings. She was predeceased by husband Michael, daughter-in-law Lynn and brothers-in-law Packie and Tom.
