Joshua Irwin, 20, of Feugh Road in Newtownbutler, is scheduled to appear before Enniskillen Magistrates Court on March 3 to contest several motoring charges.

The charges relate to an incident in May 2025 and include careless driving, driving without a licence and driving without insurance.

Irwin is also charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident and failing to remain at the scene when an accident occurred.
