Cimsa has completed its purchase of Mannok after acquiring the final 5.3 percent shareholding.

The Turkish company bought the remaining stake through its Irish subsidiary earlier this week for £17.75 million.

Cimsa already held 94.7 percent of Mannok following an initial transaction completed in August 2024.

The deal leaves Mannok fully owned by Cimsa, which agreed to retain the existing brand name.

The company, based in Derrylin, employs around 800 people across two divisions.

Mannok was formerly part of the Sean Quinn group before being renamed from Aventas in 2020.
