Liam Boyle from Derrylin has launched NI Living, a website designed to help users compare heating oil and fuel prices by entering their postcode.

The platform offers additional local services such as bin collection schedules for all councils in Northern Ireland, traffic alerts, nearby events, and healthcare information linked to specific health trusts.

Boyle built the site using AI tools after discussions with his father Tom about oil prices and input from his partner Maria on bin collections.

Users can access out-of-hours doctor services and emergency veterinary contacts based on their location.

Boyle, an application architect at NI Network, completed the project in one week.

The website gained more than 5,000 users across Northern Ireland within two weeks of launch.

Future plans include adding electricity tariff comparisons with NIE.
