An inquest jury in Belfast heard evidence that 14-year-old Noah Donohoe was likely alive when he entered a storm drain in north Belfast.

The schoolboy's naked body was discovered in the storm drain tunnel on June 27, 2020. He had gone missing six days earlier after cycling from his south Belfast home to meet two friends in the Cavehill area.

A post-mortem examination determined drowning as the likely cause of death. The inquest, which includes a jury, continues today following Monday's expert witness testimony.
