Police in Northern Ireland have launched an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Cara McLaughlin, aged 39.

She was last seen around 10am on Friday, March 20, in the Pomeroy area of Tyrone.

Cara drives a white Mark 7 Golf with registration LO65 BXP. Police do not know what clothing she wore when she left her house.

She has connections in the Dungannon, Cookstown, Pomeroy, and Omagh areas.

A PSNI spokesperson stated that officers are growing more concerned for her welfare.

The public should contact police on 101 with any information, however small, and quote reference 1437 20/03/2026.
