O’Reilly Stewart Solicitors has hired Anne Donnelly as an associate in its property and private client department.

Donnelly offers more than 25 years of experience in property and private client law. She has worked with commercial developers, investors, retailers, banks, administrators, receivers, and housing associations.

Her skills cover residential conveyancing tasks such as sales, distressed sales, purchases, remortgages, and land transfers. She also handles property development for private developers and housing associations.

In private client matters, Donnelly manages wills, estate planning, estate administration, enduring powers of attorney, and controllership orders.

Janet Williamson, director of the conveyancing department, stated that the hire shows the firm's dedication to top legal services. Williamson added that Donnelly's background reinforces the firm's standing in Northern Ireland's property law sector and bolsters its property team.
